Email photos, plus a clear photo of the used product, to info@safaebeauty.com. Be sure to include your order number.
Clear images from the same angle with time stamps over the span of 12 weeks are required. These images will be reviewed by our team. If the request is approved, we will offer a refund or replacement—whichever you prefer.
Please note: in some cases, it may take longer than 12 weeks for results to become visible due to individual lash growth cycles.
